The weather vane for development in the catering and food industry - The Shanghai International Catering and Ingredients Exhibition (SHICAI) is currently one of the largest, the most influential, the top-quality comprehensive Catering and Ingredient Exhibition in China.The 7th Shanghai International Catering and Ingredient Exhibition held from August 25th - 27th, 2016 covers a total area of 37,500 square meters. A total of 31,441 attendees all coming from more than 46 different nations and regions come here to view more than 1,105 exhibitors around the world showcasing their products at the exhibition.

* Participation Procedure:
1. Please fill out the Application Form and send it by email or fax to the organizer. First applied first served.
2. 50% of the booth fee should be paid to the organizer within 7 working days, and the balance should be paid off one month before the show beginning.
3. Please submit your company profile to the organizer before July 19th , 2017via email. If you need us to translate, please inform us in advance.
4. Please refer to Exhibitor Manual to arrange hotel reservation, transportation, booth construction, furniture rental, interpreter service, etc.
